The condition of items
We do not accept any item that is stained, ripped and/or not in good condition. Not sure if you should donate an item? Ask yourself if you would still use it in your own home or if you would feel comfortable giving it to a friend or family member.
If the answer is, Yes, then we will be happy to receive it.
Is this a free service
Our service is free to use, both those who are donating items and those who are receiving them howeveer we do request a £10 collection/delivery donation.
A free to use service is not a free to run service! Thanet Iceberg costs approximately £364 per day to operate. Any and all donations are thankfully received.
